NO RETURN AFTER DELIVERY. RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY IF THE MATERIAL IS INTACT, UNDAMAGED, UNUSED AND IN ORIGINAL SALEABLE CONDITION. ANY RETURN REQUEST MUST BE RAISED WITHIN 1 DAY OF DELIVERY, AND A COMPLETE UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY FOR ANY RETURN REQUEST. RETURNS AFTER 1 DAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
1. Return Policy:
PVC Interiors generally does not accept returns after delivery.
If a return is exceptionally accepted, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:
* The return request must be made within 1 day of delivery.
* A complete and continuous unboxing video of the delivered material is mandatory for any return request.
* The unboxing video must clearly show the package from its sealed condition through the complete unboxing and inspection of the material.
* The material must be completely intact and undamaged.
* The material must be unused and uninstalled.
* The material must not have been cut, drilled, modified, painted, glued or otherwise altered.
* The material must remain in its original saleable condition.
* Original packaging must be retained wherever applicable.
* The returned material must be suitable for resale.
* PVC Interiors reserves the right to inspect and verify the returned material before approving any return.
No return request will be accepted after 1 day from the date of delivery.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video:
A complete unboxing video is compulsory for any return request.
The video should:
* Clearly show the package before opening.
* Show the condition of the packaging.
* Show the complete opening/unboxing process.
* Clearly show the entire material after unboxing.
* Be continuous and unedited, from the sealed package through the inspection of the material.
If a complete unboxing video is not available, the return request may be rejected.
3. Non-Returnable Conditions:
Returns will not be accepted if:
* The customer changes their mind after purchase.
* The material has been installed or used.
* The material has been cut, drilled or modified.
* The material is damaged, scratched, broken or otherwise altered.
* The material is not in original saleable condition.
* The material has been improperly stored or handled.
* A complete unboxing video is not available.
* The return request is made after 1 day of delivery.
4. Order Confirmation:
Orders are considered confirmed after the product details, quantity, price and applicable terms have been agreed upon by the customer and PVC Interiors.
Customers are responsible for checking and confirming the required product, colour, design, size and quantity before placing an order.
5. Product Information:
Product photographs, colours, textures, patterns and finishes displayed on the website are for representation purposes. Actual products may have minor variations due to manufacturing batches, lighting, photography and screen settings.
Customers should verify product specifications and requirements before confirming an order.
6. Delivery and Inspection:
Customers should inspect the material immediately upon delivery and before installation, cutting or modification.
Customers are strongly advised to record a complete unboxing video while opening the delivered package.
Once the material has been accepted and used, installed or modified by the customer or their representative, PVC Interiors will not be responsible for claims arising from such use or modification.
7. Cancellation:
Order cancellation may be considered only before dispatch or before material preparation has commenced, subject to the specific order terms.
Once material has been prepared, packed, dispatched or otherwise processed, cancellation may not be possible.
8. Custom Orders:
PVC Interiors shall not be responsible for damage caused by improper installation, handling, storage, cutting, drilling, modification, misuse or installation performed by an unauthorised person or third-party installer.
